Dr Cuttriss is licensed in over 30 states in the US and will evaluate and manage patients via telehealth if deemed appropriate.

Billing and Insurance Policy: 

ENDO Diabetes & Wellness does not currently maintain contracts with insurance providers. Reimbursement of any service provided (including monthly review of Continuous Glucose Monitoring and TeleHealth) is at the discretion of your insurance company under the terms of your agreement. 

At the end of each month, ENDO Diabetes & Wellness will send you an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement under the terms of your arrangement with them. There is an annual practice fee that is due at the time of your initial appointment and is in addition to any in-person fee-for-services. All families are responsible for paying ENDO Diabetes & Wellness directly for services.
